About Orit Gadish
Prior to founding Gadish Properties, Inc. with her husband David Gadish, Los Angeles resident Orit Gadish held executive positions at companies operating in the information technology, real estate, utilities, and marketing industries. Currently President and CEO of Gadish Properties, Inc., Orit Gadish leveraged her knowledge of technologies and her academic background to advance professionally at numerous tech firms located throughout California before entering the realty business.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National University in Los Angeles, Orit Gadish operated as a Database Administrator at Managed Provider Networks and as a Programmer Analyst at Hitech Systems, Inc. early in her career. In 1998, Orit Gadish was hired at Southern California Gas Company, where she worked as a Software Developer analyzing, designing, and testing system software packages utilized by third parties.
From 1998 to 2001, Orit Gadish served as a Senior Project Manager at Northridge-headquartered Capita Technologies, where she oversaw full software lifecycle management and all activities related to the practice, including application and database design, quality assurance, and client approval. At Capita Technologies, Orit Gadish spearheaded the creation and implementation of several high-profile projects, including STBS System for Fox Broadcasting, Fannie May Candies, and PackageX.
In 2001, Orit Gadish began what would become an accomplished career at Countrywide Financial Corporation. Orit Gadish’s four years with Countrywide Financial Corporation were marked by progressive advancement from Project Manager, to Vice President of Strategic Business Development, to First Vice President of Internet Channel Management. During her time at Countrywide Financial, Orit Gadish’s responsibilities ranged from project management to campaign implementation and oversight of Internet marketing.
Redirecting her professional pursuits toward a vocation in realty in 2005, Orit Gadish acquired her California Realtor’s license and joined Encino-based NAI Capital as a Commercial Real Estate Agent. At NAI Capital, Orit Gadish developed a full range of abilities related to leasing activities, including negotiating lease terms and defining requirements. Since 2006, Orit Gadish has used these skills, as well as her wide range of capabilities in marketing, business development, and technology implementation, in bolstering Gadish Properties, Inc. to become a leading broker of REOs and foreclosed properties.
